In accordance with Article 37 GDPR, we have appointed a company data protection officer. This officer and our data protection team can be contacted at the following email address datenschutz@cribb.de.
In order to ensure the operation of our website and to provide you with the best possible information, we use technical tools to monitor the use of our website. These data collection and analysis services are explained separately in this document. Under no circumstances will we use the data collected to draw conclusions about you personally. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) in the professional and secure operation of our service. In addition, there may be situations in which you wish to provide us with personal data, such as when registering. In this case, we will ask you for your consent to the processing (Article 6 (1) lit. a GDPR).
Some of the data is collected in order to ensure error-free provision of the service. Other data may be used to analyse your user behaviour.
a.) Collection and processing of data when using the contact form or when processing an enquiry
When you use the contact form, we collect personal data (individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person) only to the extent that you provide it. We need your email address to reply to your enquiry. Accordingly, it will only be used for this purpose. Your data will then be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further processing.
b)Collection and use of personal data
The processing and use of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest in being able to offer our services in the best possible way. These consist mainly of finding, searching for and subsequently advising new employees. The processing and disclosure of personal data is only carried out on the basis of your express consent (Art. 6 (1) lit.a GDPR). Users must enter personal data themselves. Automated collection does not take place.
c) Distribution of newsletters
On our website you can subscribe to our newsletter. This newsletter will provide you with regular updates on our latest developments. To receive our newsletter you will need a valid email address. We will verify the email address you provide to ensure that you are the owner of the email address provided or that the owner is authorised to receive the newsletter. When you register for our newsletter, we store your IP address and the date and time of your registration. This is to protect us in the event that a third party misuses your email address and subscribes to our newsletter without your knowledge. No other information is collected for this purpose. The information collected in this way will only be used to send you our newsletter. It will not be passed on to third parties. The information collected in this way will not be compared with information collected by other parts of our website. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time. Details will be included in the confirmation email and in each newsletter.
Your declaration of consent in this regard is given by clicking on the button
“Subscribe to newsletter”.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the corresponding link in the newsletter or by sending us a message (for contact details see above or in the legal notice). Your e-mail address will then be deleted from the mailing list.
We do not share personal information with third parties without your express consent.
The exception to this is service partners who we need for the technical provision of our services. In these cases, we will also comply with data protection legislation. The extent of the data transfer is limited to the minimum permitted.
The following service partners are involved in the processing:

Owner: René Münnich

a) Withdrawal of consent
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal email; we have created technical options to make it as easy as possible for you to withdraw your consent (privacy by design). For example, you can unsubscribe directly from a newsletter email. The lawfulness of the data consent given up to the time of withdrawal will not be affected by the withdrawal.
b) Information rights for parties involved
You have the right to information, correction, deletion or blocking of your data free of charge at any time.
Furthermore, you have the right to correct incorrect or incomplete stored data.
c) Right to submit a complaint
According to Art. 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
(Contact see point 8 below)
We would like to point out that you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.
The objection can be made in writing or by e-mail to the above address.
In the event of breaches of data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection issues is:
The Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of the City of Hamburg:

You have the right to obtain from us or from a third party, in a commonly used machine-readable format, information that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in the performance of a contract.
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients as well as the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. Statutory provisions on retention and documentation periods must be complied with. If you have any further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the contact details.
We use Pirsch Analytics for our web analytics. Pirsch Analytics is a cookie-free web analytics software that has been developed according to the principle of privacy by design. In order to analyse visitor flows, Pirsch Analytics uses a hashing algorithm to generate a 16-digit number as a visitor ID when the page is accessed. The IP address, user agent, date and a salt are used as input values.
The visitor’s IP address is neither fully nor partially persisted and is completely and irreversibly anonymised by the hash. The integration of the date and the use of one salt per website ensures that website visitors cannot be recognised for more than 24 hours and cannot be tracked across multiple websites. A locally integrated database is used for rough localisation (country/city).
We do not track you and therefore do not store tracking cookies. We only use technically necessary cookies, which are usually “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit.
The standard social media buttons transmit user data to Facebook & Co. every time you visit a page, giving the social networks precise information about your browsing behaviour (user tracking). You do not need to be logged in or be a member of the network to do this. On these pages, the share button only establishes direct contact between the social network and the visitor when the latter actively clicks on the share button. The widespread use of share buttons poses a significant privacy problem because they establish unnoticed contact with the social network’s servers. Facebook, for example, sends the number of “likes” directly to the visitor’s browser – and logs individual surfing behaviour in the process. Here a different method is used: Instead of the browser, the website operator’s server requests the number of “likes” – and only once a minute to keep traffic within limits. The visitor remains anonymous.
We use components of the LinkedIn network on our website. LinkedIn is a service of LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Each time you access our website, which is equipped with such a component, this component causes the browser you are using to download a corresponding representation of the LinkedIn component. This process informs LinkedIn which specific page of our website is currently being visited. If you click on the LinkedIn “Recommend” button while you are logged into your LinkedIn account, you can link the content of our pages to your LinkedIn profile. This enables LinkedIn to associate your visit to our pages with your LinkedIn user account. We have no influence over the data that LinkedIn collects in this way, nor over the scope of the data collected by LinkedIn. We also have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted to LinkedIn. Details on data collection by LinkedIn as well as your rights and settings options can be found in LinkedIn’s privacy policy. You can find this information at http://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
We have disabled the storage of server log data and statistics by the hoster all-inkl.
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal email. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
