“Core digital is what counts” – Dwight Cribb
While digital has long been a specialised discipline, it is now an essential part of all functional areas, either directly or indirectly. This means that all managers need to understand how to use technology and data most effectively to solve their challenges.
The ability to think in terms of digital processes and make data-driven decisions has become a core competency for successful managers, while at the same time managing people has become even more challenging due to changing structures and cultures.
In our day-to-day work, we see that there are leaders who carry a digital, transformational DNA that subconsciously guides them and allows them to look at problems differently, especially in challenging situations. They share knowledge and decision-making authority more than usual, explicitly promoting the ‘sharing mindset’. They put themselves in the background, focusing instead on the product, the goal and the team. They inspire, allay fears and allow for diversity in the way we achieve our goals. We call these people “core digital”.These leaders are also the best candidates for leadership roles in companies that do not have a digital-only focus.
We look forward to meeting you!

At Cribb, we employ experts for the digital world. Together, we do everything we can to give you the best service and provide you with personal, highly motivated and efficient advice.
We’re not just about executive search – we can help you with organisational change and talent development. How about an initial workshop to get to know each other?
Roles in transition. Whether it is growth, succession planning, an IPO or the introduction of digital leadership, your company is at a turning point and you want to expand or benchmark your management team? In a two-day management workshop, we work with you to analyse your team and management structures and advise you on how to adapt or complement the existing structure to tackle the new challenges.
Do you need an eye-opener for your digitisation strategy and the development of your own digital expertise? An idea of where and how to start? We will share our experiences with you, give you impulses and equip you with important questions for your company and yourself. In a keynote speech with discussion and moderated knowledge sharing, we will present best practices, trends and concrete innovations. We will analyse companies within and outside your industry to show how other companies are successfully managing the digital transformation.
Take stock of your level of digitalisation. Understand how your management is set up and positioned for digital transformation. Using referential face-to-face management interviews at various levels (managers and key functions), we analyse the digital maturity of your management team within 3-4 weeks. As part of a half-day workshop, top management receives an analysis of the interviews as a heat- and roadmap for the organisation.
Cribb’s Leadership Radar helps with succession planning for leadership positions in organisations. We work with you to develop a succession plan for the most critical positions in the organisation, with the option to conduct ongoing updates. What is unique about this service is the combination and comparison of in-house talent with candidates from the market. A constantly updated overview of available candidates enables sound assessments, quick decisions and the right replacement or internal development at all times.
Recruiting digital experts requires a different approach than you are used to. We take the first steps with your HR department in a structured one-day workshop. We then continue with weekly hands-on sessions with your recruiting team on how to write job ads, target direct approaches, ongoing active sourcing and tailoring the candidate experience.
We will give you a sense of the environment in which your company operates in the talent market, the competitive pressures that digitalisation will bring, and how working environments and mindsets are changing. This will be achieved through an exchange of ideas with successfully transformed companies, start-ups in a healthy growth phase, innovation labs, incubators and driving forces in the digital scene. Through guided tours, keynote speeches and discussion panels, the aim is to gain a better understanding of the impact digital change could have on your organisation. And then, in a facilitated process, to develop a shared, concrete vision.
