Naturally, we are absolutely delighted with this vote of confidence, only one week after WirtschaftsWoche also ranked us among the most important executive search firms in Germany in the categories Digital, Private Equity and IT in its 2023 ranking.
The survey identified over 3,700 companies and individuals in Europe (excluding the UK) that offer executive search services, with less than 300 companies offering true retained executive search according to their strict definition. 16,300 people took part in the survey between June and October 2023. To note: this study focused on firms headquartered in Europe (excluding the UK) and four of the five SHREK firms (Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles, Russell Reynolds, Egon Zehnder and Korn Ferry) were not included.
